Vintage Typography - Amazing Chalkboard Text

This is another fantastic Typography Specimen! I'm especially drawn to the White writing on Black versions like the one you see here. This comes from a circa 1885 book and was a sample to show writing for Blackboards or Chalkboards. This would be amazing to do in Chalk, wouldn't it?!

  6. I agree white typography on black is just fabulous. What amazing letter forms and arabesque lines. Yeah, in chalk it would be really amazing. I love the burlap silverware holders. Thanks so much, Karen & Gina!
