Kathryn was wishing for a Vintage Wedding Graphic. This lovely Blushing Bride is from the cover of a Wedding Memories Book! You can also check HERE for more images from this Category.
Susie requested a Ladybug. I found this cutie in an Antique Dictionary, the original is black and white, but I colored her in a bit.
Ellen has been in search of some Cows in a Pasture. I found this wonderful Engraving in an 1890's Agricultural Magazine.
And lastly, Iain was searching for a graphic of some Cactus in a Group. This one is from a very Old Botany Book. I've also included an image of a lovely Cactus Flower from the same book.
Well, that's all for this time. Do you have a request for an image? If so please leave it here in the comments section of this post, then check back next month to see if I found your graphic (Sorry but I can't fill every request, I usually pick a few each time).

LOVELY Cactus images here! These are SO hard to find - Thank you Karen!

ReplyDeleteRequest- I am on the look-out for handwritten letter pages, poems, whatever, in nice old-fashioned penmanship, to use as elements in my photomontages. Thanks for any help you can offer, and for your dedication to your "customers", day in and day out.
ReplyDeleteHi Judy,
ReplyDeleteDid you see this one? http://graphicsfairy.blogspot.com/2009/09/free-antique-clip-art-penmanship-poem.html Also, if you do a search for "Poem", I think there is a second one. There may be some other things that you can use in my "Spencerian" section.
You have a real gift for finding charming images - and you spark my imagination! Thank you! I have been looking for elk images. I found one when I searched your site, but I would also like to see more (especially in the style of an engraving or even a sketch). Anything rustic - we just moved to the mountains of Colorado and would love to add that flavor to our home.
ReplyDeleteI love to see what you share everyday! Thank you!

Hi Karen, Thanks again for all the great images. I love your new DIY and craft blogs too. I check your blogs everyday and there is always something wonderful to see and to inspire. I was wondering if you ever come across any graphics of antique cathedral radios. My dad loves old radios and I would like to make him something special for Father's Day. Thank you for your generosity!-Kate
