Here's something fun and quirky for you to play with! This is a wonderful Victorian Paper Doll. The original was actually quite a traditional looking doll, but I switched out her head for this Adorable Pierrot Clown Lady Head. You can cut out the parts and assemble her with brads, and then use your imagination to make her some pretty outfits! I think she would work well in a Circus Setting! Fun for Kids and Grown Ups!

She is lovely but now the big question is are you going to print the original head?? Inquiring minds want to know!!!
ReplyDeleteI am frequent visitor and I do believe you have the most beautiful and the largest collection of 'stuff' that I love.
Thanks for being you and sharing your fantastic collection with all of us.
Love her! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteShe's gorgeous. I love her bloomers and opera gloves. But, yes, I'd love to see the original head!
ReplyDeleteKaren, Thanks you so much for all you share. You are on my Igoogle so I do not miss a day. I must admit I too would love to see the original head just for curiosity.

ReplyDeleteOkay, for those of you that want the original head. I'll post her this Thursday for request day. The head was actually torn off the doll (not by me!), but I can fix it up!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun these paper dolls are...they bring back fond memories! (of the early 40s, that is!) Thank you, Karen!
ReplyDeleteThis is just the neatest thing! Thank you!!!!!

ReplyDeleteThanx Karen, beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThank you so very much hun!
ReplyDeleteShe is wonderful! :)
I love her and what a pot of luck finding you, apart for being just the bestest bolg ever!! I am in the process of making a kind of boxed frame in the form of a Victorian Circus (BigTop) for my animated paper circus puppets I have collected and not only will this beauty be added to my circus family, a small version of her just might adorne the frame - who knows yet !! I'm still looking for all kinds of things I can use to stick on the frame to look like a Victorian Circus Tent and she is just perfect. So a huge thank you for that and for just being you. Kindest regards Mary
