Here are some nice old Victorian Printer Ornaments! These beautiful engraved doodads come from an 1880's book. Notice the one in the center with the book and chains, that one might make a fun card, for someone that needs to buckle down and study this year!

Vintage Clip Art - Cute Teacup - Place Card

This is another cute Teacup from an old Victorian Cookbook in my collection. This one is quite plain, but I actually think it makes it even more useful than the others, since you can decorate it anyway that you like!



Like this version, where I've added a Bee. I used Photoshop, but you could use a Rubber Stamp instead!

I think this would make a darling Place Card as well, or even a gift tag! You could personalize each teacup with the name of your guests. Fun!

Here's another one for Halloween, it's getting a little closer now, isn't it?! This one comes from an early Natural History Book , it's an interesting engraving of a Bat with his head turned to the side. Great for Halloween Craft Projects!

Vintage Instant Art Printable - Nest with Egg

This is a wonderful Natural History print! This is an antique Morris print, these Morris Nest and Egg images are highly sought after images and very difficult to get. This one had some damage to it, so I got it at a reasonable price and then used photoshop to correct the defects. You may recall a similar one that I posted last year and used for a project, you can find it HERE. I've created an Instant Art download for you on this one, a lovely one to frame!

First I'm bragging about this adorable Antique "Sit" Chair made over by Ann at Moonbeams and Fireflys. She used the Pointing Hand Graphic , and painted it on the chair. How fun! It looks like her dog Barney thinks it's brag worthy too!


Next I'm bragging about this sweet Paper Gift or Candy Bag, crafted by Lisa at A Spoonful of Sugar! Darling! She used the French Cafe Advertising, for the center of the bag, I love the little grosgrain ribbon detail she added too!

This is a wonderful Antique Trade Card, showing a beautiful Clove Plant. What a lovely looking Herb this is with it's bright Red Flowers! I've included the back of the card as well. This one would be nice for Kitchen Projects!

This is an interesting looking Owl from an Antique Type Book! He has some very large wings that are stretched out and he's perched on some Books. I think he would make a great looking Book Plate!
P.S. A couple of people on Facebook mentioned that this one had a Harry Potter-esque look to it, thanks for pointing that out you guys!

Here we have some more fun Botanical Mushrooms! These have such a nice golden Yellow Color to them! Nice for your Collage projects, you could add a Gnome or Fairy to these, wouldn't that be fun?!

Here's an interesting looking Sheep Diagram. This one was generously provided by Ann, from Moonbeams and Fireflys. According to Ann this one comes from a 1919 Textiles Handbook. I believe it's some sort of diagram for shearing wool? I think it would make a cute handmade card for a knitting friend!

This one is a an antique advertising label, I'm guessing it's for Cigars, although I don't have the box, just the label, so I can't say for sure. Featured is a lovely young Woman in a Pink Dress, napping in a beautiful Garden, with the title "Sleeping Beauty". Pretty!

This one comes from an 1870's Botany book. It's an Engraving of a Botanist's Microscope! I love the Typography on this one. This would work well for your Steampunk Projects or maybe even Halloween, for a spooky Laboratory display!

Here's another gorgeous print from the 1850's English Botanical Book, in my collection! This one shows a stunning combination of Pink Roses and a Blue Hydrangea!! This charming print is ready to print out and frame. I've also included the flowers just on their own, with out the creamy paper background.

I thought that I would post another one of these fabulous old crowns from the 1840's European Encyclopedia! I know this one looks very similar to some of the others, but it actually is little different. These work so well in many different DIY projects! You can find more crowns from this series HERE.

They are not all that easy to find, so I was especially pleased to come across this one recently! What a gorgeous face this little Fairy Girl has! I love the colors too and her delicate Butterfly Wings!

I had tried to create one awhile back and wasn't happy with the results, but I gave it another try last night and I think it turned out pretty well. Antique Clip Art - Victorian Lady with Sign - Label

Love this!! This one came in the mail today, and I'm super excited about it! This is a fabulous Antique Trade Card from Maine, that shows a Victorian Woman holding a Sign. I've included a black and white version, with the wording removed from the sign as well. I think this would make a charming gift tag, a darling label or an awesome blog button!!
