First I'm bragging about this Painted Eye Chart created by Vickie at Ranger 911! Fabulous!! I was totally blown away by this one! She used the Old Fashioned Spectacles Image, for this marvelous project! If you swing by her site, you can see how she made this. She even built the frame!!
