She appears to be watching the boats below, perhaps waiting for a loved one to return home. According to the caption her name is Marian. Very pretty!
Lovely :-) Maybe she is Maid Marian? Her clothes look Robin Hood-esque :-D

She looks serene and joyful. I wonder what she is holding in her hand? One end looks like an instrument, and the other looks like a cigarette holder... guesses anyone?
