This is an old postcard that has a wonderful Springtime scene, surrounded by a floral frame. I think the original would make a pretty tag! I've also included a version with just the frame so that you can use that for whatever you like. I love the bright blue of the flowers, Forget Me Nots possibly, and the ribbon.
