Recently a reader told me that she makes homemade Vanilla and was in need of a label for the bottles. I though perhaps some of you might do the same so, I dug through my Antique Apothecary book and found this splendid looking label for Extract of Vanilla! The original is at the top, and I've also created a black and white version, and a reverse black and white image as well. I couldn't really see making this one in color, since it is for Vanilla and all. I hope you can use it for something!

ReplyDeleteThat is really neat--I'd think you could use it for anything cooking or recipe related.
ReplyDeleteThanks!!! I made vanilla a few months back and these labels (with my name instead of that guy's) would look great on the bottle! I'm excited to use them. Thanks again!
ReplyDeleteHow do you replace your own name instead of the guys?

ReplyDeleteBeen looking for labels like this:) thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHow do you customize the labels with personal info? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi Silvia,
ReplyDeleteFor this label, there's not much you can do since it's already filled in. For the blank ones, you can use a free program like Picnik.com to add text. ... or you can go old school and write it in by hand or use lettered rubber stamps. I hope this helps!
LOVE this! Thanks so much for this!
