Aren't these fun?!!! This is an old Scissor ad from an early 1900's Ladies Magazine! I've removed the advertising so that you can use the scissors as a frame, label, scrapbooking element or whatever you like. This would be a cute way to label your sewing or crafting supplies!

I've also made this into a super cute Blog Header for those of you that have crafty blogs! You can grab it on my other blog at Backgroundfairy.com.

super cute!

Thanks so much! I will definitely use these when labelling boxes in my future craft room. And hopefully, future will mean finished by the end of the summer (and finished means a real room with flooring & walls in good shape...)

ReplyDeleteWow! This is exactly what I was looking for, I just didn't know it! Absolutely perfect for my bag labels. Thanks a million for sharing so many beautiful things. I've added you to my favorites!
ReplyDeleteThank You!! This is exactly what I was looking for, for a LO about my daughter cutting her own hair!
ReplyDeleteYou just keep giving us the best. Thanks so much for always being there for us. Don't know how you do it all with your family let alone everything else you do.
ReplyDeleteSaw you mentioned in the December/2011 Country Living Magazine. Didn't have time to really look at it when it came as I was elbow deep in making ornaments for the hoilday. I was going thru some of past CL zines tonight and happened to see you mentioned. Awesome.
Hi, I've taken and used this header (with the grey linen background) for my cross stitch album. It looks really suitable. Thank you (I put a link back).
ReplyDeleteI used the grey scissors label in one of my digital scrapbook pages! It was for my daughter's first hair cut, and the label was just perfect! I thought I would share the LO with you. (Oh, and I did notice the typo; I have fixed it in my print version of the page. I just never got around to updating it on my blog.) Thanks for all of your great images!
