Click on images to enlargeWell, I finally got the request day images together. Here's what I found for you this week:
It seems to me that some one requested this Cherry image to be reworked without the background that it originally had. So I have redone them with a white background.

Rene requested a Lake themed image. This image is adapted from the cover of some old sheet music.
Aimee was hoping for a button. Button graphics are hard to come by for some reason. I ended up taking a photo of an antique button and then I vectorized it in Illustrator, to come up with the image that you see above.
And lastly Lorrie was wishing for some Peas in a pod. These peapods are on a cute antique label!Lorrie, I owe you an apology I just found your email in my pile, you are very kind!
Well, that's all for this week. Do you have a request for an image? If so please leave it here in the comments section of my Request Day post, and then check back on Thursday to see if I found your requested image (Sorry but I can't fill every request, I usually pick a few each week). Each week I go back and check under my Thursday posts to find what your looking for, it's so much easier for me that way. I'm afraid I'm a very disorganized Fairy, so please, please please Do Not email requests to me I most likely will loose it. So sorry but I'm a complete mess when it comes to email! I'm afraid they're just aren't enough hours in the day to answer them all, and then I feel horribly guilty.
P.S. Don't forget to use the search box here on my blog, you might find that the image you want is already here!

Hi Cassie,
ReplyDeleteIf you do a search on my site, you should find a cowboy and a couple of cowgirls.
I'm trying to locate an image of an old man and young girl dancing in their night clothes(?). It is very old, in public domain but I cannot find. Do you or anyone of your readers have any ideas?

Thanks. Kat
