Free Victorian Clip Art - Beautiful Bride

I've had this antique print for a very long time, probably 17 years or so. It's actually wrinkled and torn nearly in half when you see it in person, I'm so glad I saved it all these years, even though when I first acquired it I would have never thought it would be possible to correct it on a computer! I hope you can find something fun to make with this beautiful Victorian bride, she would make a lovely card for a bridal shower!

Here's something fun you might want to participate in! Karen Valentine at My Desert Cottage is hosting a fun blog party called "Where Bloggers Create". All of the party guests will be posting pictures of their creative work spaces, on their blogs, on July 24th. I'll actually be posting mine on my other blog FLEURISH. There's lots of time left to participate, so pop on over to her blog and sign up!

You could photoshop out the name on the banner and use this for so many things, or use the way it is as a background for your collage or mixed media projects!

Free Vintage Clip Art - Old Truck

Here's a nifty old photo! My friend Ted decided to clean out his photo collection, he brought several boxes into the antique shop that I sell out of, and piled them all up on a big table. I had so much fun rooting through, this is one of those photos. A wonderful old pick up truck! I love the decorative edge on this photo too. This could be a fun one to use in a Father's Day project. Old Photo of Victorian Women - New Friends

Today was such an amazing day! I usually try to keep my posts pretty brief here, a daily graphic and a description for the most part... but I wanted to share with you something that happened today, and introduce you to some wonderful women and their fabulous blogs. So here's my little story about my day.
I was working on my other business today, Fleurish ,and while I was at the shop a group of women showed up. They all met in the parking lot and came inside to shop. Two of the women, Amy, and Jessica (both fabulously talented) I have known for awhile but, haven't seen for quite some time. The other women I didn't know or so I thought. As the introductions got started, I quickly realized that many of these women were bloggers, artists and shopkeepers that I have admired for quite some time. It was like my blogging world had collided with my everyday world and suddenly came to life! It reminded me of the Disney movie "Enchanted" where the cartoon characters become real live human beings!! I can't tell you how much I enjoyed meeting these amazingly talented women. It was such a treat to be able to talk with other bloggers face to face. I could have spent hours talking with them. I can only imagine what fun they had today, as they had planned an all day shopping trip to Leesburg, VA.
Anyway, I think you will really enjoy checking out the blogs of these fabulous women. You will probably want to bookmark each and everyone of them, as you may find you will want to spend hours checking out the many stunning photos of their work and their wares.

Amy - Inspire Company

Jessica - Such Pretty Things

Hope - Besottment

Karla - Karla's Cottage

Robin - Thrifty Miss Prissy

Pamela - Pamela Jane's Studio

Heather - Pretty Petals

Stephanie - Just A Little Bit Pink

Andrea - Velvet Strawberries

Lori - My Faerie Window

Beth - Beth Leintz (Happy birthday Beth!)

And now a word about your daily graphic! I have had this wonderful antique photo of these happy Victorian ladies, for many years. I think it ties in nicely with today's post, and Amy if you read this you might remember this photo from some years back!
